Healthier SG is an initiative by the Ministry of Health (MOH) aimed at transforming the healthcare landscape in Singapore.
The program is designed with a proactive approach to health, focusing on preventing illness and promoting well-being, rather than solely treating diseases. At its core, Healthier SG promotes accessible and affordable preventative care, encouraging individuals to choose and enrol with a preferred family doctor.
Through Healthier SG, residents will gain greater access to government subsidies for services such as health screenings, vaccinations and chronic disease management.
Early Bird Enrollment
Beginning in May 2023, Singaporeans and Permanent Residents aged 40 and over with chronic conditions under the care of a Healthier SG-registered General Practitioner (GP) are eligible to enrol.
National Enrollment Programme
From July 2023, the programme extended invitations to those aged 60 and above. In the following two years, eligibility will expand to include all Singaporeans and Permanent Residents aged 40 to 59.
