About the Clinic
DR+ (pronounced as “Doctor Plus" ) Medical & Paincare East Coast is a primary care clinic incepted by Singapore Paincare Holdings; we are a Baby-bonus Approved Institution and Persons With Intellectual Disability (PWID)-friendly clinic.Led by Dr Kwong Seh Meng, the clinic at East Coast Road provides chronic disease and diabetes management, general paediatrics, men's health, musculoskeletal pain and sports medicine, weight management, health screenings, statutory medical/maid examinations, child/adult/travel vaccinations (influenza, yellow fever vaccine), minor surgical procedures (lumps, bumps, warts), anonymous HIV testing and STD treatment, point of care ultrasound and home care services.
Medisave is claimable for all in house micro surgery.
