Full/Part Time Clinic Assistant

Career

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Registration of patients, scheduling appointments, dispensing medications and consumables and payment collection
  • General administrative duties in the clinic assigned by the clinic supervisor/manager
  • Updating of medical billings/invoices
  • Responsible for monthly stock taking of drugs and consumables
  • Assisting Doctor in providing treatment and medical examination
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Clinic
  • Willing to work shifts (morning / afternoon / night shift)

Requirements

  • Friendly and approachable, with good interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills, able to use Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Prior experience in Clinic Assist software would be an advantage
